This is a Dixie/Harley team…. on their way to give the directors of Ebenezer Glenn Orphanage a much needed vacation of sorts from responsibilities of the 60 plus children. You might call us substitute directors for the month of May. I hope the children aren’t as hard on this “substitute teacher” as I was in the day.
Last leg
Just getting ready to board our last leg… Philadelphia to Seattle. …
motorcycles and zipfizz
We walked to the orphanage to make May Haiti plans with Marla & Ken…. Pastor Louinet never caught up dispite his Chinese motorcycle. .. In the US this motorcycle would have long seen the bone yard. Doctor Tim, just discovered a great new Haiti Pill Dispenser for your cliniks in Haiti. We used zipfizz tubs […]
Wilguerre
Wilguerre came to church today. We meet him 2 years ago deathly sick/house bound for 2 years. Because of your donations to Hope in Haiti he is being treated for typhoid and is responding well!
Sunday Morning
Sunday am…. They have added Sunday school to the regular church service, much like the good old days in America. (Louinet copied my SS class at Cascade Church, which he taught when visiting the US) That is not the only change. Education much encuraged by Christian organizations like Hope in Hati are changing the local […]

This trip
This trip has been laden with many difficulties. .. flat tires, heavy rain on our tents, forgotten things below, etc. It has also been very rewarding. .. pictures and school children updates have went well. Today the boy whom has been sick for 3 years Wilguerre showed up at school on his own power… We […]
charcoal and run flat tires
We gave pastor a propane cooker. To date, the Haitian people cook with charcoal. Notice our ride to the mountains has a flat tire. It happened before we left the school yard.
Nanwo safe and sound
We made it to Nanwo safe and sound. Tomorrow we leave 5:30 am for Kawo. It’s good to be back. We have already seen Estephanie whom doctor Tim is treating again for a swelling spot in her neck.
Proud grandparents
The proud grandparents made it to PAP Haiti, with our Kawo team… we are very excited for John and Alissa Montgomery. .. whom just had their baby “Acacia Kim” in the USA… man what a life. Off to the mountains in Kawo tomorrow.
